Driver absent, No refund
It’s good app to have things in one place at but I almost missed my flight as the driver I book from trip.com did not arrive and I had to go other way and was troubling. Also they did not give any refund nor respond to query in app or in email.

Charged with fees
Website must mention prices are converted into local currency but will actually be received in dollars. My bank charged me 120 dollars extra in charges and tax. Trip.com must show visible message that it is just showing the estimate in local currency actually it is an international transaction

Did not mention visa requirements before buying tickets after buying tickets ahow new rules for flight changing Dont use this application me and my friend lost all his money no refund

Pathetic service
I am not going book any ticket in my life from trip.com . They keep changing your flight dates and times . And now you have to stay in foreign country on your own for 50 hours just to wait for the flight . How can someone manage it if he/she can’t afford it . Really disappointing
