My entire experience was a nightmare. The airline (AirSwift) cancelled ALL flights for the day, and the ground staff told me I would receive an email with instructions—but I never received anything. Because of the lack of communication and support (I was also confused and tired), I had no choice but to cancel the ticket myself and rebook another flight. I requested a refund for the cancelled flight, which is the most basic expectation in a situation like this, yet Trip.com (or the Airline) refused to issue one. The lack of accountability from the Airline and customer care is extremely disappointing. I will definitely think twice before booking through this platform again. It’s much safer to book your flights directly from the Airlines’ website.
这是一次正式且强烈的投诉。 我通过 Trip 预订酒店,但在预订后仅仅一小时内,宿务到薄荷岛的所有船只因为台风而全部停航。这是完全不可预测、不可避免的不可抗力因素,导致我根本无法抵达酒店。 然而,当我致电 Trip 客服寻求帮助时,客服不但没有提供任何解决方案,反而指责我:“你自己没有提前看天气就订酒店,这是你自己的问题。” 言下之意就是——我活该这样。 这种态度极其不专业,也完全不尊重消费者。 我拨打了 Trip 客服多次电话,但结果都是一样的: ❌ 没有任何帮助 ❌ 没有任何协调 ❌ 没有任何解决方案 ❌ 只有对客户的指责和推卸责任 更讽刺的是,当我直接致电酒店前台时,酒店表示他们愿意协助取消或调整预订日期;但 Trip 平台却依然拒绝,强行按照“未入住”处理,让我承担全部损失。 所以我必须问一句: Trip 客服到底为我做了什么? 从整个体验来看,答案是——什么都没有。 Trip 在以下方面完全失职: • 客服态度恶劣 • 专业度不足 • 危机处理完全缺位 • 与酒店未做任何有效沟通 • 对天气导致的紧急情况完全不作为 这是我使用 OTA 平台以来最糟糕的一次经历。 我强烈要求 Trip 正式处理此案例,给出合理解决方案,并彻底调查相关客服的服务态度与行为。
I used other hotel and flight booking apps and sites and have never encountered a better app than Trip.com The level of rewards that they give for using the app exclusively for your travels are unmatched, the customer service is extremely responsive and helpful as long as it is within their policies. I am a Diamond member for so long that I don’t have any intent of using other apps anytime soon. I highly recommend this app.

This is my first time using this app,have to book flights with my family for the month of April 2026 and I hope this app won’t disappoint me,It was smoothly done during the booking time but when I read some negative reviews from the customers sharing thier bad experience it got me stressed and confused.I’m looking forward for a good service ahead from this app this coming April 2026.I’ll be right back to share my future experiences after.God bless
