My flight schedule is still in November and I requested to correct my flight details but you guys said I have to cancel and rebook but the original booking can’t be refunded. Even if it was a very clear mistake and change requested just minutes from the booking time.

Please add in the filter “NO CHECK - IN deposit “ because i almost book an expensive deposit than the amount your for a night it is 5x ofvthe amount. It’s good i read the terms before i clock “book”
Use website not application
I like and always use Trip.com but in website. ( btw I am diamond plus I don’t have any problem with company they are best but that application is worst one I ever seen ) I always need to use website to complete my reservations or always making changes on website since applications really really bad. I think some kind of high school student made this app maybe even AI can do better one.
