Trip.com: Voos,Hotel,Comboios

Very bad experience they have put me from a 2hr lay over to an 11hr lay over and keep blaming airline. Caught them in two lies: 1. first they said my original flight was fully booked. I proved to them it wasn’t on multiple sites. 2. They said I could change to another date but keep only giving me an additional charge option which costs an extra 54 to 125$ extra.

Devido a alterações nos horários dos voo e na ultima alteração não ser compatível ao meu horário precisei cancelar a viagem ao em vez de aceitar como vinha fazendo. Fui muito bem atendida no chat e em exatos 3dias o valor integral que eu havia pago estava de volta na minha conta(eu não tinha pago nenhuma taxa de seguro na minha viagem) Fiquei muito feliz pois ja pude fazer outra reserva rapidinho, e claro que aqui no mesmo app, a confiança se constrói.

For a few months I was unable to book plane tickets because of my long name. But this week I tried again and it worked. Best app ever. Specially for China and East Asia.

I have used trip.com over a do zen times for flight, hotels in Europe and Asia and trains in China and it was my favorite app until recently it no longer accepts my long name in plane bookings. Last sucessful booking in october 2024. My life now much more complicated. Use only if you have short name.

Reservei o ano passado no ano novo hotel supostamente tinham um plano de boas vindas e tinha alguns dias para completar e ganhar trip coins , as coins não são creditadas já liguei reclamei a pessoa que me atendeu não sabia perceber nada de português não ajudou em nada , queria concluir porque já fazer outra reserva e ganhar tudo e é impossível uma vez que não atribuem as moedas a tempo aos clientes , nem os descontos que apresentam são reais, não se consegue concluir nada porque não existe apoio ao cliente eficiente e porque não dão aos clientes as moedas respetivas a tempo .

Worst app ever i’ve got the email that your flight is changed for 3 days and i needed to travel emrgency i asked them for a refund they didn’t allow me that’s they deal it was not my fault it was them who changed flight

The worse customer service you can find. The APP does not allow to input 2 surnames according the ID in the passenger information and this creates problems with the airlines. The solution presented by TRIP was to rebooking and loose more than 2500 US$.
