Worst experience ever
The whole experience felt like a scam rather than a genuine service. Initially, your page advertised a low-priced ticket from Doha to Madrid, claiming that baggage allowance was included. However, I received an email a day later informing me that I must pay for checked baggage. Refunds are not available. This is misleading and disappointing. I will not be conducting business with you again.

Suggest not to use it. Cheating experience. No support at all.
Horrible service , system booked wrong date
It was my first time to use this application and i don’t recommend it to anyone. First i booked a certain date and was surprised with the ticket of wrong date. Once i received the email. Tried to contact them gave me hard time claiming the system is correct and i am the one who chose this. Wrong information , they dont help at all , they just want to get rid of you and make you pay more money. I sent them prove of what happened screen shots. But yet no help and all they care is to make me pay extra. The customer service is not helpful and not aware of any details. In my experience i think this app is just a scam. Sometimes errors happen but how to handle the mistakes and the clients is more important. I went through stress and anxiety since i booked my flight ticket and was aware of the mistake once i get ticket and informed them. But yet no help. I never been through such awful experience in my life. Awful customer service and system. They will always try make you pay extra of awful service that you received. Plus its hard to reach to an agent on the phone there is no option for that. I regret to try this application. I had a horrible day and my issue wasnt solved although traveling within a week

The application has not accepted two different cards
Really good application and website with acceptable ticket’s prices. But for some reasons it hasn’t accepted two credit cards issued on my name in different countries :( I have tried several options to pay via app and the website but the result is the same.
Keyboard not active
Mobile keyboard is not able to type on search area
Extremely bad service
Once you purchased the ticket , don’t expect any proper service from the site subsequently .. I faced an issue and they provided very poor and nonprofessional assistance . I was left alone to face the issue by myself which I might loose my entire expensive flight ticket !!!!!
Worst airline booking agency
I booked flight at 30th of Aug from Kula - Doha under booking number (27D60Y ) ,they cancel the booking before 4 days from departure i asked for refund from same date under order number “LQRPHI “ and they told me will take refund fee for each ticket!! I said ok no problem! they told me by email same reasons for delay each email sayed the same “we have a-lot of clients requests those period so this why we are delay to processed your refund” !! so bad service don't book with them please i told them many times i need my money to book another flight they don't answer me so i take from my friend money to come back to my country really am so angry with this experince !!🥲
