They didn’t use the full name i sent it with the special character when I made the booking making a mistake, then when you ask to fix it they charge 40€. Absolute scammers

The price was fair but the customer service and checkin sucked!
I do not recommend it
Poor support stuff, hard to navigate thru the app, not transparent with policies. All in all because of a delayed take off I missed the connection and as such, I had to cancel three flights. I wouldn't recommend anyone this app. Worst experience ever.

No respons on chat
Booked a flight with transfer and extra luggage on the app. After receiving the tickets by email i saw that we only had extra luggage on the first flight. I wrote on the chat that there is a problem but we didn’t got any response. In the end we paid at the airport again for extra luggage. Very bad customer service.
