This is the best travel app
I wouldent use it again
The price was fair but the customer service and checkin sucked!
I do not recommend it
Poor support stuff, hard to navigate thru the app, not transparent with policies. All in all because of a delayed take off I missed the connection and as such, I had to cancel three flights. I wouldn't recommend anyone this app. Worst experience ever.

Booked a flight with transfer and extra luggage on the app. After receiving the tickets by email i saw that we only had extra luggage on the first flight. I wrote on the chat that there is a problem but we didn’t got any response. In the end we paid at the airport again for extra luggage. Very bad customer service.

Love using the app！
Ctrip is the best app for traveling and booking flights and accommodations. I never experienced any problems and actually it has been very easy for me to take vacations ever since I discovered this app.
Horrible
Our flight got cancelled due to extreme weather and trip.com did absolutely nothing to assist us. Eventually we asked for a refund and ended up receiving 10% of what we actually payed.
