I’m a diamond user, you canceled my flight ticket and didn’t give me a refund for the hotel I booked on your app. Worst service ever. I’m so sad to write this message as Trip was my main travel app but I had to. Change your refund policy.
Better book directly at the airline website. They cancel flights and your purchased baggage allowance won’t be carried over and no refund. So hard to contact customer service as well.

i tried my hardest to look out for applying the promo code, clicked everything from “claim now” to “use now”, and in the end, it never got reflected.
Their promo codes have hidden items and can’t use it after hours of searching! Their customer service is just a decor, will keep asking you a same questions without any progress.
the experience of using this app is not great. but the prices are consistently the lowest among its competitors. if you’re willing to bear with the thousands of different screens and buttons, then this is the app for you.
Ripping everyone off is their business model including hotels , airline, banks, customers: not recommend
