劃位時被告知，加購的行李額買到去程，地勤告知說可以直接取消改成回來即可，結果平台直接不處理？當沒看到？勸大家真的要使用前在買，要不然這個平台就是，你付完錢就沒他的事了一樣，客服什麼的就是一直講廢話，反正就是不推薦！！！很多時候在機場遇到的疑難雜症他們也無法協助你解決，只會丟一句這不是他們負責的是航空公司怎樣怎樣的，但後續發現根本不是航空公司的問題，是平台無心處理，反正錢收完了服務也就到這裡而已，感受極差！已經不是第一次！

千萬別再這裡買機票
今天才買了3人去大陸的來回機票，我明明填了台胞證， 結完帳又跳成台灣護照號碼 其中兩人舊客戶原本就有提供台灣護照號碼 然後我就問是不是需要提供護照號碼？ 台灣往大陸才會出票，結果客服說他不知道 但又一直跟我說我其中兩人提供的是護照號碼 這樣會上不了機 我們三人就是因為這一次去大陸才新增台胞證號碼的 反正他系統跳來跳去，既然還叫我付錢改證照號碼 而且去程機票一直無法出票 又問我要不要退掉？重訂 反正折騰的老半天就是我可能要花錢改證照號碼回程 然後還要退掉去程的機票 有夠爛的，我還花錢去agoda重買去程機票 整個損失很大 我整趟來回刷了快5萬 3張來回票 退掉去程 才總退18759 然後我又去Agoda買了26,000的去程 奉勸各位去別的平台訂票 別在這裡買 不然他在付款前 會問你要不要買一大堆退改的保險 那就是為了這個設置的 真的很浪費時間金錢！
無法退款，欺騙消費者，服務效率太差。
2024年6月1號第一次使用trip.com訂票，在訂票之前太太跟我說trip.com系統很奇怪，時間跟票價會跑掉，提醒我訂票要小心，結果訂完票發現系統給我的時間跟我訂的時間不一樣，我馬上打電話給客服要求改機票或退票，但客服回覆說已經出票了，不到10分鐘就不給退票，事後打電話給航空公司確認才發現被trip.com客服Alisa跟Sam騙了，跟本還沒出票，他們根本不想協助解決。 Trip.com事後解釋說: 在我提出有問題之後的6小時有跟航空公司反應並聯繫關於我要求退票事宜，我聽到整個覺得trip.com團隊非常糟糕，非常有問題，我當下已經反應，他們怎麼會等到6小時以後才處理我案件，之後要求客服經理協助，但客服經理Luis一樣糟糕，明明是系統問題，硬要說是消費者時間訂錯，就算是訂錯在不到5分鐘之內我也馬上反應有問題，怎麼一毛錢不給退，不給改時間，也不在意我要申訴。 我建議大家不要使用trip.com服務，因為真的沒有保障。 剛剛發現原來他們客服在電話中給的名字還是假的，這公司真的是誇張到極點，基本誠信都沒有。
非常不推薦的平台
訂購還經過到第三手 服務完全找不到人處理 完全不推薦的平台
完全沒有使用的價值
使用這個平台訂購機票不如直接跟航空公司訂購，給這個平台賺錢但這個平台服務跟航空公司沒有任何不同，發生問題只會推卸且回答皆用模糊的詞語，要求客服提供當時諮詢的錄音檔也不願意提供，一直把責任推卸到航空公司的身上，此平台使用體驗極差，完全沒有使用的價值以後也不會再使用，如果要訂機票建議直接跟航空公司訂購即可。

今年三月因為去泰國玩第一次使用Trip.com 其實我本人對第三方的軟體非常不信任 因為很怕出問題 還要透過第三方傳達會很麻煩 但是trip.com的客服速度非常快 而且需求也幫忙處理的也很仔細 還有很多的優惠加加減減省不少錢👍 推薦大家可以使用看看 真的很不錯

酒店有問題 還一直袒護酒店 為難消費者 把問題丟給酒店 酒店再把問題丟給平台 不斷地踢皮球
