buy tickets for 500$ 13h total flight time start at 4am. arrived to airport at checkin desk say what we dont have registration on this flight.. when we call to trip support they say : wait we try solve this.. and they say at 9pm after whole day waiting in airport, what they didnt return money and they can buy tickets for next day with 2days total time flight… 2 days. so we buy tickets by yourself 2x expensive. we spend money for nothing… its your fault 100% and you dont do nothing!!! impotents.
Awful service
I always pay more than I was supposed to from the beginning. They will cancel your flight few hours before departure, and you will be forced to buy another ticket, of course much more expensive than the flight that originally you have bought in advance. There are always problems with hotels. They, make business with untrustworthy hotels. When I arrive to the hotel, the hotel says they don’t accept foreighners so they cannot check me in. And I have to find another hotel in the middle of the night. so I waste time of my trip, I waste money for the taxi because of the Trip.com bad service. If they don’t accept foreigners, why did I get the message that my booking has been confirmed. Sometimes I arrive to the hotel, that I have informed in advance that I will need a late check-in, and there is no one in that hotel. It’s not even a hotel, somebody rents apartments. They don’t have license or anything. There is no reception, they cannot check me in, so again I have to find another hotel at night because Trip.com deals with illegal apartments for rent. All the discounts you see in the app are fake. If you contact the hotel directly, or if you go to Booking.com or Agoda, the price will be even cheaper than Trip.com. I don't recommend you to use trip.com

Since I booked a flight with this app, I don’t want to block its notifications completely. After a while I found out that I cannot disable promo notifications. That’s really annoying.

They always have the best prices and the customer service is really really top. In 1 minute max you can get a chat with a real person and they always fix the problematic situations.

Перед вилітом Гданськ-Гамбург- Стамбул отримали лист від Trip. Com , що онлайн реєстрація неможлива, і потрібно це зробити в аеропорту. В аеропорту прийшлося заплатити за реєстрацію майже більше ніж вартість квитка, а виявилось, що потрібно це було зробити онлайн, і всі претензії мають бути переадресовані до посередника , тобто до Trip.com. Ми понесли збитки із-за вашої некоректності.

Пользуюсь приложением 5 лет , очень удобное , любые поездки дальние либо на короткие расстояния , отели все в одном месте , оплата очень удобная , и банковскую карту можно привязать , а также можно оплатить с помощью алипей и вичат( актуально для тех кто живет в Китае )суперское предложение 😍
