Agents and managers work without priority. They dont tey to solve the problem
I had problems in communication with operators. They keep saying wait or our managers will call. Managers will not bother themselves to call or act immediately regardless your flight is urgent or high priority. They keep saying within next 2 hours and you spen more than 6-8hrs still they need another 9hrs so you dont know whether prepare luggage or not. Most important is they already deducted money from you and they return you after 5-6days, you will not have money to book another alrernate flight. This is true story and I can provide all proof of communication, where I booked alternate flight for more expensive. Usually they say that they couldnt reach me theu phone call, which is never happemed. Just imagine that Im waiting for a phone call impatiantly, but nobody calls instead says they couldnt reach me. I spend every month 4-5000$ on trip.com, which enabled for me diamond+ membership, which is the highest membership. I address this comment to the managemt of trip.com, that they could understanf the exact problem in their company. Promises and promises
