Too complex, user experience is not so good. Pros is you can find everything but very difficult to find simple things. I just want to extend my current eSIM but impossible to find where to extend. No notifications received for critical features like eSIM is finished but you get flooded with ads so my experience is not good with trip.com

Très bonne application, stable, facile d’utilisation et intuitive
I booked on a Saturday for a flight 6 days later. They constantly sent me emails and reminders about my flight. When the day itself came, they informed me of everything I needed to know. For example, when the boarding gate changed, they notified me before the airlines even did. Thanks to the app, I knew exactly where I needed to be and at what time. I was a little nervous traveling on my own at 16, but booking through them helped me a lot. I even got a 25% discount voucher for the hotel stay in my area. Definitely recommend!

Wil je graag afgeript worden? Koop je tickets hier!! Beste servies!!! Bel en je krijg geen antwoord en 1 dag voor je vertrek annuleren ze je ticket. Fix your app!!! I got an email and it says that our tickets are cancelled. THATS IT!! nothing more. We keep calling and calling they don't have an answer. They dont know what they are doing and they just keep saying it over and over again, that they dont know or don't care. Take care
