Not recommend
Getting worst and worst. I cannot book a flight, because of always update before payment. From 990 euro the price became 1200 euro, but still do not give me to book and keep rising. I was using it for 8 years, but now I had to delete it… Additional messages today 07.04.2023 is that I send you email same day you replied. But so far 7 days later there’s now any reply :(

ผิดหวังมากค่ะ ดูรายการก่อนจองก่อนโอนแล้วทุกอย่างปกติ แต่พอโอนเงินเสร็จกลับขึ้นว่าจองไม่สำเร็จ บอกว่าห้องพักหมดแล้วหรือปรับราคาขึ้นไม่สามารถทำการจองสำเร็จ แล้วต้องใช้เวลาหนึ่งถึงสาม วันทำการถึงจะโอนเงินคืนให้เราได้ ช้ามาก พอโทรถามคอลเซ็นเตอร์ก็บอกว่าไม่รู้ค่ะเหมือนเค้าทำงานไม่ประสานงาน เราบอกเลขที่จองไปก็บอกว่าไม่ขึ้นในระบบที่จ่ายเงินไปแล้ว ใครจะใช้ระวังให้ดีนะคะ

การจองรถไปหัวหินร้านรับแต่บัตรเครดิต บัตรบางใบก็ใช้ไม่ได้ จองไปเสียเงินฟรี ในแอพก็ไม่แจ้งให้ชัดเจน สรุปแย่มากเสียเงินฟรีๆไป เกือบ 3,000 บาท

การจองโรงแรมให้ลูกค้าไม่ได้จองให้ทันทีที่ลูกค้าจอง แต่ให้พาร์ทเนอร์จองให้ ซึ่งลูกค้าจองไปเป็นเดือนแต่พึ่งมาบอกว่าห้องไม่ได้ แบบนี้เสียทั้งความรู้สึกเสียทั้งเวลาและเสียค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่ม
