Bad customer service
Very disappointed with Australia trip car booking. Not able to get the car because missing IDP document but other car rental company don’t need this documentation to rent the car. Can’t get the partial money refund without using the car.

Poor Refund System and Seat Selection Issue
I’m very disappointed with the service from Trip.com and RentalCover. Although the app seemed convenient and easy to use at first, my overall experience was frustrating. After a minor car accident, we filed a claim with RentalCover — the claim was approved quickly, but the refund took almost a month with no proper updates or communication. In addition, when our flight number was changed, the seats we had already paid for were not secured. There was no refund provided, and we had to pay again to select new seats. This was very disappointing and made the whole experience inconvenient and stressful.
Not sincere with the promo codes
Promo codes got snatched 5 sec after release. Too little codes or your system isnt efficient enough to catch those who abused it. Probably tour groups who use bots to buy in mass, and even overseas people will buy through singapore region to use promo codes, making ordinary folks like us have no more promos at all.

Stupid website that doesn’t accept yr flight booking without a valid passport. Their loss.
