Bought tickets from this platform for flights from china to South Africa, also reserved seats from them. Two hours before departure my flight got cancelled they didn’t mention anything to me, and the seats i reserved which i paid for just got written off they even refused me my refund for the seats. This company is outright a scam stay away!

The convenience on Trip is life changing, everything is fast, easy and accessible . They give relevant updates on flights and always have great deals on both flights and hotels as well as advise on tours, car rentals and attractions at the destination ❤️

I made an error with a booking and IMMEDIATELY applied for a refund. Customer service claimed that the hotel rejected the request, but upon direct contact with the hotel, they updated me that they only then responded to CTrip (a day later, due to holiday) and that they have allowed the request for the amendment. CTrip customer service maintained that the hotel rejected the request, even though I had written evidence from the hotel. Would steer everyone away from using this app. I had to sit with the reality of losing more than $800 because of their dishonesty (whilst risking giving the hotel a negative reputation as well). Be careful. I’d much rather suggest using it as a guide to book directly with airlines, hotels, or other booking agencies.
