Worst app and service
It’s like using services in 2001. This app doesn’t share ur details with airlines bcz of which once I was not able to fly and had to return home. Second time which is today, they again shared their details with the airline and I was not able to book fast forward service. Also they used their Sudan agent Id and airline was asking me to pay in SGD instead of AED. WORST APP AND SERVICES. Wish I can give zero stars.

Trip.com is a Scam
Flight was delayed and it’s was clearly mentioned in trip.com app that if I cancel my flight before departure, it will be 120 AED deduction only And because the flight was delayed, it should be a fully refund Because that was not my problem. If flight was delayed. I canceled my flight before three hours of departure and when I saw my cancellation request has been canceled when I try to talk with customer support they said that I need to pay 270 AED for cancellation request and 55AED for service charges. I tried to explain with the customer support agent that it was mentioned in the app so this is not my problem. But they still keep saying that I will be deducted 270 for cancellation fee +55 AED for Service charges. I sent them screenshots what they have mentioned in the app, but still everything useless. I will suggest to stay away from this app and book your flights or hotels from other application.

If unfortunately happen miner mistake they ask big amount for solving . But diarect flight costomer care not asking any fee for small correction
Complete Scam application
They issue fake tickets which are invalid and airport checkin counter says there is no ticket in your name
Emergency case
My sister has lost her passport and after calling them many time they didn’t agree to change the flight because it was non refundable but they should have an emergency case solutions. It’s already stressing us. We have contacted embassy and they are trying their best to find solution but no good luck from trip.com. This is the our last time with them.

Overcharged and customer service not supportive at all!
Found out shortly after booking flight tickets that the price charged by trip was significantly higher than the airline. Contacted them immediately and they refused to help. No flexibility and no solutions offered. Had a similar situation with other platforms and they offered price matching or cancelling and rebooking or credit but trip.com offered nothing at all. Will not use them again….
