counter-intuitive UI from 2000th

Reliable

Always works - have not yet had any bad experiences.

Dont buy the pro version

The pro version might not allow you to share your travelplans with other users. Only send a hardcopy of the plan via mail. The feature allowing your family to follow your trip might not be available - and they wong fix it. So sorry a really nice app - with severe flaws -

Spam

Unable to unsubscribe marketing mails about the app unless downloading the app and log in there. Pushy and unprofessional. I don’t need this app.

Over 10 years

Used the app more than 10 years, probably since the start, and it has only get better. During the years I uploaded hundreds of trips, hotels and events but there were only 1 “reading” mistake. I hope you will create a benefit for your “since the start” users. Editing a trip in app has become much better but on web it could even be much much smoother.

Nearly only useful in USA

The interactive airport is nearly only for US airports. I needed it for Helsinki/Vantaa (HEL) airport and Bangkok (BKK) airports and they are not available. Most of the contents are just for airports in the US. This should have been written in the description. If I had known that I would not have bought the PRO version - vaste of money

A useful app

It’s a very nice and useful travel app, I have used in many years now. It has many useful functions for every travel plans. Everything together in one place. There is a problem to forward your travel plans from Danish travel agents, DSB, Booking.com and more, this is not working. You must write everything by hand, and that’s not ok, specially not for the pro version of the App, where you pay a yearly amount. I can see that this is still a well known problem. It should be to solve.

Annoying

On Apple Watch you are logged off TripIt after a few minutes. This makes it useless on the Watch. Sadly.

Perfect App

Works as advertised. Simple, efficient. This is how technology should be. All apps should function like TripIt

Efficient and effective

I don’t have to walk across the airport and lose my seat to check the screens. My phone updates flight info before the public screens.
