Easy to user. Items available to add cover most of my needs, and it would be even better if can let us adding customised item. Another suggestion is to incorporate expense records so that we can easily know how much we spent.
Need to have a jump to a certain date function and not starting from the top every time. Need to have a smarter system for adding dates to the itineraries.

I would very much love to use the Pro functions, like adding more photos to my plan. However, there is only a year plan and nothing else. If I only go one or two trips per year, a year plan must to too much for me. If I could buy pro function trip by trip, I would surely do so.
trip items in a shared trip cannot be personalised (eg limited to some travellers on the same trip). if a group of travellers riding through different flights (each departs from different locations and meets at the destination), the trip plan will mess up as everyone pulled in their flights onto the plan, let alone some travellers may have minor deviations on the same trip. it will be useful if you are travelling alone or every travellers are having the exact same plan. no way to collaborate. can’t even copy the share trip to start a personal trip.
