I recently installed the app, but access denied to create an account. It says you dont have permission to access.. why??

Yesterday i was inputting everything and it was fine. But today i want to add another activity to the list, the time changed from “GMT+7” into “GMT”. NOW THE TRIPS ARE NOT ALIGN UGH

This apps doesn’t work. I can’t even register new account.
The app didn't work
Hi Tripit team, I've been using this App for 3years. But suddenly last month I couldn't access my account. Tried to login from other device with no luck. Tried to create new account still no luck. The app keep saying "couldn't found the city"... even when I choose New york. On iOS 15. Thank you
