Sure to miss your flight
It used to be good, but in the past months I started to notice lack of updates. I complaint. Today I realized my flight was not updating when I arrrived at the airport and I had missed my flight Barcelona to Shanghai. Useless.

I have been using this app for over five years. I love that it tracks everything for me in one place. It’s also fun to look back at past years and see our travels.
This app saved my vacation!
TL;dr Installing TripIt and sharing trip with my brother saved the day when my phone broke. Spent more than a year planning. 22 day trip to the UK. It included a cruise, train travel, ferry travel and air travel during the three weeks. Itinerary was complicated especially the days after the cruise. Phone falls out of pocket in a remote small town at the end of the cruise. It’s returned with the upper right corner crushed. Fault in iOS wouldn’t allow phone to be turned back from “lost” to “found” without Face ID which wouldn’t work with broken screen. Fortunately I installed TripIt on my brother’s phone and shared the trip. Everything was right there including our tickets and vouchers.
What happened ?
Tripit used to import trip and flight info from emails and calendar. It isn’t happening now and the app doesn’t seem to have a help link. What happened?
