Forwarded itineraries from the same agent end up in unfiled after the update, used to work before. 
When creating a new itinerary from unfiled items you need to create a trip first and then add travels plans from inside the trip, creating plans from unfiled items and then creating a new trip on follow up screen and moving the plans into newly or even previously created trip does not work.
