Cannot share pro version!

Spent £40 to get pro version for family trip but cannot share with family. Only 1 person can upload to it.

Why do I have to delete multiple alerts

Why do I have to delete the same alert off multiple devices every time I upload something? It’s so repetitive and unnecessary. It’s about time the alerts synced across multiple devices. If I delete the alert off 1 device it should be gone from all devices.

Still very glitchy !

Updated the app today and still comes up with messages that it is unable to process an input. Then find it’s done it. Says it hasn’t saved an input so I try again and again and find it has created the input 3 times! Tried syncing with gmail and it cannot do it ! I like this app and ask the developers to please test their app fully before releasing updates!

Not intuitive

Signed with up my email. Went to create my first trip and it said enter email to associate with trip. Entered my email and it said already in use. Seems like a load of rubbish if you cantbevent start to plan a trip ?!

Can’t import trip details and booking ref into iCal

It’s pretty ridiculous that this app only imports a link into the calendar. So when you desperately need booking details and you don’t have a good connection you are screwed!! What on earth are your developers playing at?!? Please fix this so a full import of all necessary details including booking references comes over to a calendar entry!!

Easy itinerary

This is so easy to use and keep track of you trips. You can “build” them well ahead of time and make additions as they occur. Fantastic tool.

Broken

Repeatedly asked for my email despite me providing it over and over again. Didn’t send the confirmation email until I asked for a resend. Once finally logged in I went to make a trip and it asked for my email again! I gave it my email and it said it was invalid because this email was already being used on this trip - so I just couldn’t create a trip by hitting the big button. I found another button in a small menu that did seem to work but once I tried to share my trip it just said that sharing is not enabled at this time with no further details.

Good basic functionality but Pro features pointless outside of US

I have used Tripit for many years and tried the Pro version last year. While the basic functions work extremely well, Pro is no great feature for me. The perks that it comes with do not really work outside of the US. Seat tracker, security times etc are generally not available in the UK/EU and baggage carousel info is hit and miss. Paying £48 for being able to share itineraries and recording air miles isn’t worth it imho.

Essential

TripIt has been an essential partner for me on my trips for the last five years. It is my bible when travelling and the pro option has helped me catch connections where I would have otherwise wasted time and missed flights.

Close to useless

This app doesn’t pick up bookings, useless
