FOR PARENTS & STAFF (RIDERS):
• Track your child's school bus on a live map in real-time
• Get push notifications when the bus is approaching your stop
• View trip history and boarding/drop-off timestamps
• Message the driver directly through the app

FOR SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS (via web dashboard):
• Create and manage routes, stops, and trip schedules
• Monitor all active trips on a live map
• Manage drivers, riders, vehicles, and assignments
• Send announcements to parents and staff
