Whenever I’m stressed I can get help by using Kokua or listening to other peaceful content. I try to use this app everyday! Btw, I loved the app so much I convinced them that I should work at TRIPP and now I do!

I love this app! I use it both in VR and also the phone app when I have to travel or am getting g ready to go to sleep. There is a great variety of topics and the settings are varied and really beautiful. I really feel like I’m being transported to another place. The voice modes are adjustable for your individual taste and the instructions and guidance for breathing are easy to follow and helpful. I really find it always helpful in improving my outlook and shifting my mindset when I am feeling overwhelmed or stressed. I also appreciate the ongoing addition of new experiences and trainings. Get this app and you won’t be disappointed!

I work for TRIPP and love our mobile content, I would use this app even if I didn’t work for this innovative company. I love the AI feature and find the personalized responses incredibly validating and supportive.

Doesn’t support Apple’s Password Manager, and doesn’t support complex password despite being in the App Store for 5 years. Code supplied via Apple Vision Pro session has no effect either. Trying to get a password over into the AVP session without support of the Password manager makes it a very difficult task. Not worth the effort, don’t waste your time if the developers don’t care after 5 years.

The iOS app doesn’t integrate with password managers or allow pasting when you login so it’s a hassle to get started.

I’m new to using VR and was having trouble setting up my new MetaQuest device with the app. The Tripp support rep walked me through the set up and was knowledgeable, kind and patient. I really appreciated this help. And I love using this app. The imagery and music is beautiful, relaxing and totally absorbing, which greatly enhances the meditation experience. So I’m finally starting to make it a routine, which I haven’t had success with using other meditation apps. Thank you Tripp!

The app does not align well with my mental health needs; one of the meditations was particularly unsettling, and I prefer not to be reminded of my trauma or PTSD symptoms while attempting to engage in a calming relaxation exercise. I have confirmed with support that there are no descriptions provided for the images used in the meditations, which is quite disappointing. Additionally, I have requested a refund for my membership several times without receiving assistance. I am currently in contact with my bank for support, as I have not found Tripp to be helpful in this matter.

I love this app so much. i struggle with anxiety and depression and sometimes insomnia. This helps so much and there’s a wonder factor along with it esp with the northern lights experience. may not be called that. wonder is important to me and my mental state.
