Hopeless at predicting ETAs despite heaps of traffic data on which they could draw. Don't even bother relying on it if your route is even remotely affected by the Sydney lightrail construction, and the "service updates" are frequently wrong by underestimating how delayed your trip will be (off often by 15-40 minutes in my experience). But otherwise it's a life saver because it's still more accurate than the Sydney Transit schedules -_-

This is one of best transit apps I've ever used. Very easy to navigate, accurate listings, and the ability to choose stations based on the transit map - all extremely useful features for tourists and locals alike.
Convenient and easy to use. Excellent design.
App checks for updates to train, bus and ferry schedules and downloads. Best of the bunch if you're visiting Sydney.
Overall all it’s pretty reliable, but when it’s wrong it’s wrong.
I really like how you can flip the arrows on a trip to see the to and from times easily. And the real time bus tracking. Great app.
