The worst thing to happen to trivia since the jfk assassination

The app constantly kicks people off of the game, including the team captain who has to submit the answers. We had to lose several dozen points due to reassigning team captain several times, and it ruined what was supposed to be a fun experience for friends. I disappointedly come back to the app each week to play, and never leave in a pleasant state. Surely this is not what Triviamatic has in mind for their customers.

Eh. It’s a good app if they could enforce cheating. I love bar trivia, but when it’s on an app and everyone around you is just using Google for answers it’s not as fun. Was winning for 4 rounds. Lost in round 5 due to two tables looking up answers and coming back from a 30 point deficit to win. Never seen that happen before in quizo. Still fun, but not legit and if you’re not cheating you will not win. Just accept your loss to people looking to steal your win. Like I said, still fun, but you will not win unless you cheat - so go ahead and cheat so it forces the devs to implement some sort of anti cheat system. Not as fun as it would have been. 2 out of 5.

Every time the games asks how many players are in the team, the app locks up and we can’t progress until the bonus round is done. Which means we lose out on a while set of questions. Please get rid of this screen. Once the game has begun there shouldn’t be any other questions other than trivia questions. Please fix this!

As a host this app has made my job a million times easier!

Great for the hearing impaired or in other situations where the trivia host is hard to hear clearly such as outside of the main trivia room. Have noticed a few bugs with the app in the past but recently these are getting a lot better! Makes grading each round of trivia much faster as well!

Was unable to log in for the entire first round, when we were finally able to log in, we were mer with the message “connection issues” each time we tried to submit an answer, and none if the answers were recorded. Waste of time.

I LOVE the TriviaMatic app. As a host, this app makes my job so incredibly easy. From questions to scoring I can’t say enough of how much a game changer this app is. And every week it gets better and better.

I was leery of the idea of an app for trivia since I’ve been to the same venue for years and did pencil and paper. Now I’m a host and have learned to love it and so have my regulars! It’s nice that folks can read the questions along with hearing us hosts. It increases accessibility for different audiences and helps reduce drunken questions ;)
