Our drivers are not just transportation from A to B — they stay at your disposal for the entire duration of your ride and bring you safely back home afterwards.

A glass of wine at dinner? An event or night out? With Troom, you combine freedom and safety: enjoy your evening without having to think about driving later. Your driver takes you home safely, responsibly, and in style, using your own car.

No parking stress or mobility hassle
Get dropped off right at the door without worrying about parking, or move effortlessly between multiple stops. Your driver remains on standby to assist you throughout the entire ride.

Protected on the road — including material damage coverage
Troom offers additional peace of mind with our insurance policy that includes coverage for material damage to your vehicle during your ride. Travel safely, professionally, and fully protected.

Loyalty that rewards you
After every ride, you automatically earn points through the Troom loyalty system. Increase your membership tier and unlock exclusive benefits, partner perks, and elevated ride experiences.

How it works
Book your ride: select your start time and estimated end time. Our drivers are available for the full duration, including the return trip home.
Select your driver: choose from drivers available near your location. The closest driver is usually the most cost-efficient choice.
Enjoy the service: whether you need multiple stops or a simple round trip, your driver stays available the entire time.

Pricing
You pay per hour, with a minimum of three hours, at €26.5 per hour (excl. VAT). For the distance your driver travels to reach your location, we charge €0.30 per km (excl. VAT). Bulk credit purchases offer more advantageous rates.
