### ***-- "Customizations no longer visible in checkout"
PLEASE GO BACK TO BEING ABLE TO SEE MODIFICATIONS/CUSTOMIZATIONS IN THE CHECKOUT. I cannot verify any modifications to my orders anymore because it’s just the generic item listed in the checkout. The app used to show customizations, and it disappeared with a recent update. 

The app itself is fairly easy to use and navigate, but I can’t give full stars until there’s an option to pay with a gift card. I often place orders for my whole family, which involves a fair amount of customization (with many smoothies and wraps), so it’s easiest to place the order on the app, but then I can’t use my gift cards! It takes a while for my orders to be made, and I don’t want to wait for 20 minutes in-store just to be able to pay with a gift card.

Horrible App. I try to place the order but a notice comes up after I place the order to advise my order has been cancelled and if my credit card was charged, it will be refunded.

Placed an order at a local Tropical Smoothie. Apparently it has shut down but was still open on the app. Had placed my order and used my points and paid for the food. To my surprise, I went to get the food and it was shut down with a message on the door.

I can only imagine how many people have also lost money cause of this.

I’ve put a request for support on the app as well as tried calling for help. No luck, can’t get to a person on the phone. And it has been 2-3 months and I’ve heard nothing from my request on the app.

If you’re still gonna eat/shop here, cool. Just DONT ORDER USING THE APP. You’ll have a harder time getting your money back if something goes wrong. Unfortunately I used Apple Cash and can’t be refunded

Please allow us to leave a note for online orders. Idk why, but since I moved, the Tropical Cafe near me now always heats up their food (sandwiches). Even ones that I personally feel should be cold. Who wants HOT lettuce, HOT tomatoes, HOT ranch, etc. It’s gross. 
The one where I used to live wasn’t like this.

Please fix the app, you advertise being able to add Nutella Drizzle to ANY bowl but the chia oatmeal pudding bowl doesn’t have the option to choose Nutella!!! BUMMMMMMMMERR!!!

Ordered delivery through the app almost a month ago now. My food was never delivered that day. I called corporate multiple times trying to get my refund since it was almost $30, and I haven’t received it yet. I immediately called the day of the incident and after my most recent call(today), I decided to write this review. Do not order delivery through the app it’s time consuming and tropical smoothie won’t help you at all.

I got a new phone and trying to log back in. There’s a problem with this app. It has some kind of glitch for using Facebook as a login. There is an error code that says you need to go to settings to allow ATT. What the heck does that mean? Because when I click on that and see all the settings for this app, there’s nothing remotely like that. If I create a new login with my email, then I’m gonna lose all my points that I’ve already earned. :( This is a bummer

As the title says, you can’t use gift cards on the app if you have an iPhone.  The app is otherwise great, but the inability to use gift cards is a huge pain.  I always order in advance because I don’t have time to wait on my lunch break.  I don’t have time to wait in line so these gift cards are useless.

I’ve never had an issue with mobile ordering. It always comes out right and on time! The rewards point system is weird though. It says $1 = 10 points. I have 770 points. A free side or cookie costs 350 points. A tiny, unproblematic issue. I highly recommend using this app!

I used to regularly get my son smoothies with reduced sugar, newest version of the app does not allow for customizations on kids smoothies.  I won’t be going to Tropical Smoothie Cafe until this is fixed, since it’s important to me to have the conscience of pre ordering via the app.

I keep having issues validating my basket.  Can’t order through the app due to not understanding what is causing the error.  Wish there was an option to request desired doneness of bacon as it’s always undercooked.  Wish they didn’t change the smoothie menu as they got rid of all my favorites.
