Once your trip is confirmed, you can use this app to simplify and manage the experience. With a new level of connectivity and support, control is in your hands from start to finish.

Features include:
In-app Chat: Get to know folks before the adventure even starts and stay in contact once it does. Make plans and share info with the group or converse directly with friends so everyone’s in the loop!
Itinerary Overview: Interact with detailed descriptions of events and activities, broken out by day, so you always know what’s happening and how to prepare.
Profile Customization: Add fun details and a photo to help your fellow Travelers get to know you!
Trip History: Don’t forget a thing with the ability to look back at previous itineraries and connections from each of your journeys.
Support Hub: Easy access to the help you need for any issues or concerns without having to search.

The TrovaTrip app isn’t for booking travel (currently you can take care of that on our website, trovatrip.com) but once you’ve got a trip planned–whether you’re joining or leading it–everything you need is right here in one convenient package. With a clearer view of what to expect and more control than ever over how things play out on the ground, the reality of group travel can meet your highest expectations.

I downloaded the app. It is asking me to sign in and is not giving me an option to create an account. I don’t have an account so I can’t access the app.

The chat feature on the app only works for about half the people in our group, and it’s a mixture of android and apple users. Also the app crashes a lot. Our group had to move communications over to WhatsApp to ensure that we don’t lose track of each other while out of the country.

I just get a white screen when I try to go into the chat. I rebooted my phone multiple times and even deleted the app and reinstalled it, but the chat does not work.
