## TRS Pathway Reviews in United States

### ****- "Retirement here I come"
Easy to use and the information I need at my fingertips. However, I need FaceID to be included for iPhones since fingerprint is not available on iPhone!!
-- DeeSheetsSmith, 2022-03-18

### *---- "TRS Pathway"
After contacting TRS and informing them of my inability to access this app I was told several things to do to be able to access it. I complied and was told I could now proceed. I’ve waited 24 hours since being told I could proceed, but am still unable to access Pathway.
-- Ovus99, 2019-01-25

### *---- "Doesn't Work"
Great idea--however, doesn't work. I input my ID and it says I am not registered yet. That's because I downloaded the app so I could register. Hopefully will get fixed soon.
-- Dhensle9, 2017-06-12

### *---- "Will not open"
This app does not work. Login screen with no way to update or override.
-- stepprightup, 2017-04-27

### *---- "Doesn't work"
This app doesn't launch correctly after install. It gives an error message saying it cannot establish a connection.
-- MissyFSW, 2017-04-09

### *---- "TRS PATHWAY"
It seems to download satisfactorily, then it opens to a request for an ID. That's as far as I got. There's no place to set up an ID or any info re what ID is being required - or how to do it. Your retirement $$ at work KY state gov style. I deleted the app. It's useless as it is presently. My opinion. I gave the app one star only because there's no lower option.
