## TRSS Reaction Description
You never know when an emergency situation might present itself. Who do you call? Where do you go to for help? Answer: You just use the TRSS Reaction Panic app. By using our panic app, you will send a signal directly to our control room who will then immediately dispatch the emergency personnel requested ñ whether the fire department, armed response or an ambulance ñ if not all.

Our app not only functions as a panic button but also as a complete security management platform which you can use to test your alarms, manage your alarms on all your properties, managing the people who have access to your security system, give holiday instructions and much more.

The app does not add any value, I wish it had the benefit to arm and disarm my alarm, I think more development has to go in there, more features has to be added, currently it is just using up space on our devices.

The usability of this app is BAD! Most links do nothing, not even sure why most are there?Terminology is confusing; written for security people, and not their users. To sign in and get it connected to your profile you need to be guided by a badly designed PDF that is outdated and looks nothing like the current app. Being forced to use this junk makes me second think using TRSS as my security company
