True Balance is now on iOS!

True Balance is an online personal loan app trusted by over 80 million Indians. It is a secure digital platform for personal loans, payments, and financial services with a simple mission: Finance for All. We are authorised by the RBI as a Prepaid Payment Instrument (PPI) issuer and also facilitate digital personal loans ranging from ₹1,000 to ₹2,00,000 (Disbursal Amount) for a tenure of a minimum of 6 months to a maximum of 24 months through RBI-registered NBFCs. 

Additionally, we enable access to digital personal loans up to ₹5,00,000 through RBI-registered NBFCs in partnership with our fintech partners, with flexible tenures ranging from 12 to 48 months, subject to the lender’s policy. 

With our initial iOS version, you can now apply for personal loans seamlessly. More features like Digital Wallet, Gift Wallet, and others are coming soon!

- Tenure: Flexible repayment periods of 6 to 48 months (as per lender’s policy)

Unbelievably unresponsive, and fake. Nothing happens, my CIBIL was 784 and after applying for a loan, they rejected and my cibil came to 754. So unfair. These kind of apps doesn’t work. I request everyone who is applying for a loan, pls don’t use this app.

### *---- "Worst Loan App – Misuses CIBIL and Wastes Users’ Time"
This is one of the worst loan apps I have ever used. True Balance checked my CIBIL score and even made a hard inquiry on my CIBIL report, but my loan is still stuck on “Waiting for Approval” for more than 6 hours.

If you are taking access to my credit report, the least you can do is give a clear and quick decision. Other loan apps approve the loan and transfer the money to the bank account within this time, but this app just keeps users waiting with no update and no transparency.

They claim fast approval, but in reality it’s just misleading. Playing with someone’s CIBIL score and then not approving the loan on time is completely unprofessional and irresponsible.

I strongly do not recommend this app to anyone. Total waste of time and unnecessary damage to credit score.
