## True Rewards Reviews in Australia

### *---- "Scam"
This company has found a loophole in local laws that allow them to take your deposited funds. Have reported them to ASIC.
-- KingJames86Kings, 2024-12-20

### ***-- "Unreliable"
Not very straight forward, had to reset my phone multiple times - currently had problem with adding to apple wallet
-- Jefhe3, 2024-12-08

### *---- "Doesn’t even let you log in"
So I have a 2024 iPad Pro fully updated (for your reference) and regardless of that it wouldn’t let me log in with my phone number. I tried using the country code, removing the zero at the start of the number and of course my phone number just as it is. Same error message with all combinations. I’d have given this app zero stars if I could. Can log in fine on the web luckily. As for the app it’s completely non functional. I hope, for your sake you weren’t actually trying cos my god man if you were not even being able to log in is amateur hour
-- King brewww, 2024-10-08

### *---- "Scam company"
Be warned do not use this company. You will lose your money. They will close your account without notice and take your money. Wish I had of read the reviews first. Lost $500.
-- H O R A O, 2024-09-12

### *---- "Cannot access gift card"
Trouble with the app and cannot activate gift card. Two different gift cards and both unsuccessful. Would not recommend to anyone!!
-- Vass360, 2024-08-14

### *---- "Terrible app"
Got a voucher to use and the app won’t even open
-- David.1997, 2024-06-18

### *---- "Terrible support"
Don’t bother using as their server is constantly crashing to the point that can’t even log on to activate cards or add them to your apple wallet
-- Fiero1977, 2024-06-09

### *---- "Worked once, not a second time"
First time I used it, worked no issues.
Since then I’ve been unable to access the app, and there seems to be no other way to check the remaining balance on the card, nor to work out what the card number is so I can use for an online purchase.
-- thebse, 2024-06-09

### *---- "App won’t open"
Spinning wheel
-- Katina94, 2024-06-09

### ***** "App just works, unlike reviews in app store"
Received a visa card form my private health insurance company, followed the steps provived and got a pay wave apple wallet card in minutes!
