True visage is more accurate than the camera app itself. True visage let’s you see yourself more accurately. Although the camera app just distorts your face. So this app is the right thing for you!

I wish it was easier to click the photo taking button? I want to take faster pics and it’s so slow and in an awkward spot. Can you not just put a button in the middle like Snapchat… and show us previews of the photo as it saves into our camera roll

Excellent app! I am using it instead of two mirrors joined at a 45 degree angle to reverse a patients facial image as part of their treatment for neuropathic facial pain. Mirror therapy was first used to treat phantom limb pain.Thanks

This is the best mirroring "mirror" app I've found yet. No advertising apart from a non-intrusive section where the dev showcases his other apps. Handy little tool for those curious about how they look to others!

I don't think people understand how cool this app is. It basically shows you a "true reflection" of yourself and therefore you can view yourself exactly how other people see you (something a normal mirror doesn't do). The forward facing camera on the iphone 4 works just as a mirror would in real time which is why the picture flips after you take the shot. This app allows you to see, in real time, how other people see you and shows you a new perspective of yourself. I suppose normal webcams automatically do what this app does and I've never understood why the forward facing camera on the iPhone acts more like a mirror than a camera...
