## True Zero Description
The True Zero app is a fast and convenient way to find hydrogen charging station locations. The app also provides useful information like Station Status, Operating Hours, How-To videos and interesting local and alternative fuel articles.

With stations from San Diego to Lake Tahoe and San Francisco to Los Angeles, True Zero is the world’s largest network of retail hydrogen-charging stations, enabling fuel cell car drivers to get around the state of California!

Charging up is easy and takes less than five minutes, with just water vapor coming out of the tailpipe between stops.

The True Zero mobile app is a must-have for:
•	Toyota Mirai drivers
•	Honda Clarity drivers
•	Hyundai Tucson Fuel Cell drivers
•	Mercedez-Benz F-Cell drivers
•	Anyone who is interested in becoming a fuel cell car owner

Our Mission:
True believers in the movement toward a zero-emissions future, True Zero is creating a network of hydrogen charging ports for the next generation of electric vehicles powered by fuel cells. True Zero is dedicated to providing customers access to safe and reliable retail hydrogen, to enable the widespread adoption of electric fuel cell vehicles.

About Us:
The founders of True Zero came together with a shared belief that electric fuel cell cars can change the world in a positive way. They recognized that a hydrogen charging network was the last hurdle before widespread adoption of these vehicles. With a diverse and unique set of backgrounds in business, science, engineering, and policy, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Joel Ewanick, Chief Operating Officer Tim Brown and Chief Development Officer Shane Stephens set out to make the world’s first hydrogen network a reality.

The world’s leading auto manufacturers have set out to fulfill a vision where zero-emission fuel cell cars can drive us toward a country, and a planet, less dependent on fossil fuels, with zero impact on the environment. This is a vision shared by True Zero’s management team. When True Zero set out to build a retail charging network, they secured grants from the California Energy Commission as well as financing from Toyota and Honda to build 19 hydrogen charging stations throughout California under Phase 1.

With Phase 1 of the True Zero Network completed, a customer will be able to seamlessly drive their electric vehicle throughout the state of California, just like a gasoline vehicle. From San Diego to Lake Tahoe, or from San Francisco to Los Angeles, a driver can leave range anxiety behind.

With visionary policymakers and leading automobile companies, True Zero is dedicated to a clean, sustainable future that is powered by hydrogen. But, it will take more to get there. Creating such a vision is something we must do together, with customers who are committed to the future as well.

## True Zero Reviews in United States

### **--- "No longer works"
Before l created an account the app worked wonderfully. As of now- l can’t get into the app. It is stuck on the initial Home Screen and provides no option to sign in or look for stations as it did before. Now I have to actually go online to the web to see if stations are online and open.
-- Chef Cornegria, 2025-01-23

### ***-- "No updates since the beginning of June 😱"
This app is very helpful for all people who, like me, made a terrible mistake and got a Mirai. I would give it 5 stars because I use it constantly BUT it’s been without an update since 06/07/24. I use this app to plan which station and when to get hydrogen but lately I’ve had to head in blind not knowing which station is online and if you have a hydrogen car you know how stressful that is. Stations go offline for days and at any moment. Please fix the app soon.

### *---- "It’s not the app, it’s YOU"
Dear dead brain ppl that run True Zero,

You are the reason why EV Hydrogen is going to fail with your fueling stations that are broken, under maintenance, or out of fuel. A R can do much better running your company than you. But why bother when you are charging an exorbitant amount and there is no competition.
-- Vlad just Vlad, 2024-03-30

### *---- "Scammers"
No service, rude customer service
-- Shahram yousefi, 2023-09-28

### *---- "It doesn’t work"
Download it multiple times and it doesn’t work. App Store standards are low this days.
-- End-Of-Humanity, 2023-04-27

### *---- "Don’t work"
Just don’t work. U cannot register
-- AshleySh357, 2022-04-26

### *---- "Pointless app will not even register you"
I tried to setup and acct after calling true zeros customer service because the only pump in our whole county is down half of the time (or more, really - it’s bad). I registered or so I thought. You’re supposed to get an email to confirm registration but the email never came. The. I tried to register again but the email already exists! So I try forget password and the link to reset the password - you guessed it!- never comes. Checked all my fielders, spam and trash. Unable to register therefore unable to use the app. Truly pointless.

### *---- "Useless"
Cannot even register. Never received link.
-- Disney Dai-Suki, 2022-03-26

### *---- "Doesn’t work."
I’ve tried this app for a week now and it never works. It doesn’t show any stations. It seems to have trouble getting data from the server so it’s useless.
-- JHJMM, 2021-12-04

### *---- "Can’t log in"
Tells me to check my email nothing there
-- Rabjel38, 2021-09-13
