No logic in the minds of the team!
The team doesn’t know anything about customer service . They don’t have the will or the intent to think about the problem . I have a personal phone number and I have been texting them for over six or seven times right now telling them that my phone number is a personal number and not a business They keep telling me that algorithm or pattern does that so it won’t confuse other true color users. I keep telling them that what they are doing is confusing other people who are viewing my number, but they keep replying me with a copy paste Paragraph that they have a template. More than four or five people of the team plus emails, or the same copy paste message without trying to actually help. They are not even trying to think about it

Hello, •Why I can’t “ delete a comment ” I wrote before on someone else number ??!! •Why do I have to send an email to your team to fix this ? And by the way it takes a lot of time & sometimes no response back … •There is so many bad things about this app recently especially after subscribing & upgrading to premium nothing really impressed me ! •Plus how come anyone can make any person “ SPAM “ anytime they want !!!!! * In some personal cases people may click “ SPAM “ to put others reputation down , therefore I can’t assure that the world will be a better place with this App . — Please find a new way to make True caller worth my money,,Thank you.
