The new ap is pretty terrible. Also, probably going to close all of our accounts at some point because you offer zero overdraft protection. We’ve literally been penalized for overdrafts when pending items have gone through late or a store or account was behind on filing their charges and paperwork. 29$ for every item is a fricking joke. Especially when in every case there’s been sufficient funds in our savings accounts to cover the cost of what was over drafted in the first place. He answered all of our many questions, even after the workshop had ended. One app feature we especially like is the ability to add out-of-state travel plans to our Visa card.
