Die App ist allerdings unbrauchbar: Materialien wie PDFs werden nicht korrekt angezeigt, auf Backingtracks kann nicht zugegriffen werden. Download der Lektionen und Tracking des Fortschritts sind umständlich. Von Crashs und timeout-Fehlern ganze zu schweigen.
the app crashes all the time. downloads are not being continued. the menu is too crowded and the controls are not responding many times. its really hard to learn with this app.
Great Videos and lots of stuff for a fair price. But the app is really awful if you wanna connect with a Samsung smart tv at least. Playback errors occur also often on my iPhone. If I pause the video for a bit longer, it‘s 90% I‘ll have to refresh.
Hier kann ich richtig gut Gitarre lernen. Tolle Instruktoren und renommierte Leute. So weit finde ich es richtig gut. Aber diese ständigen Abstürze nerven schon extrem. Seitdem ich diese App nutze (ca. 2Jahre) ist das so. Ich kenne es leider gar nicht anders und es sieht auch nicht so aus als würde sich jemand um dieses Problem kümmern. Ich toleriere das nur wegen den Inhalten und sehe es mittlerweile als Resilienztraining an ;-) Jede andere App würde ich sofort löschen, wenn sie so schlecht ist.
I really like the educators and lessons with the very impressive lineup and broad scope of styles. But either iOS and tvOS app are so buggy that i cannot get happy with it. On tvOS the app crashes when you simply scroll down the main page of the app causing endless glitches only stopping when restarting the app. iOS app is also crashing on iPad. Thinking of claiming for refunding my annual plan. So sad.
I’m having problems to watch the lessons in the App. Lot of clips are imposible to watch, the message: “the requested URL was not found on this server”. Please, try to find a solution. Thanks in advance.
Bekomme seit kurzem bei allen Kursen diese Fehlermeldung: Requested url was not found on this server. Vorher war die App sehr gut.

For example, if you want to go back to the lesson menu you can‘t press the „back“ arrow without rotating the phone back and forth. It‘s in the same location as the „back“ button of the iphone, so you accidentally leave the app all the time. Another one is, that if you leave the app without quitting and you bring it back to the front, you basically have to remember where you left off. It always starts back in the main menu. I‘d love to see that fixed. Otherwise it‘s a great concept, great teachers, and I love the way the notation is implemented! Big plus for that one.
There are a lot of great ideas in the app and it's a fantastic learning platform. But there are also a lot of irritating bugs that make it feel quite clunky at times. This has been the case for as long as I can remember. The one that's annoying me the most right now is that if you have a lesson open, swiping down the notification panel on your device closes that particular view in the app and sets the video back to the beginning. This is extremely annoying and no other apps behave like this. The app feels like the develop can't find a good balance between feature creep and regression testing.
