Makes me more aware of how I am driving! Thank you -- Sami now, 2025-01-15 ### ***** "Everyone should have this insurance" It’s a good safety practice for drivers, the only issue I experience is fast drivers cut infrount of me causing me to break that counts against me -- cplink, 2025-01-14 ### ****- "Truelane" I like this app but I live in country where you have to avoid animals in road and cars on your side around the curves. So I get points taken away when I can’t help it. But it’s a great app and I appreciate you. -- vickie12ba, 2025-01-13 ### **--- "Punished" I feel the same as the guy did in the comment before me. I have very touchy brks, I don’t speed, & if I use my phone it thru Bluetooth, so I’m literally just talking. I went from 100 to 41 in no time & I was being so careful. I was driving like my gma. How do I ever get it back up. I’m wondering is the helping me or hurting me. -- Deanna Hoyt Roberts, 2025-01-12 ### *---- "Changing insurance company" I haven’t had an accident in 50 years. True Lane has too many errors very inconvenient to be told that you haven’t drove when you just drove the day before. -- Mr kent said the, 2025-01-10 ### ***** "Phone Position Affects Score" App was reporting braking issues when I knew there hadn’t been any. Upon analyzing why this might be it occurred to me that it could be the phone’s position. I place my phone in my purse in a vertical position and had been placing my purse in a vertical position in my car. Whenever driving over a speed bump or encountering any situation that apparently caused the phone to rock forward slightly the app detected it as a braking issue. Then I tried placing my purse and phone in a horizontal position with the consistent result that no braking issues were reported. I’ve both intentionally tested this and occasionally have forgotten to place my purse in a horizontal position with the consistent result that braking issues were reported. Conclusion: Whenever driving with my phone in a horizontal position my trips are rated as 5 star in braking and every category. -- Mac & iPhone User, 2025-01-06 ### **--- "inaccurate" whatever changes they made they weren’t for the better I used to be about 90% now I’m in the 40s constantly says I’m breaking too hard and I don’t break hard. It’s just screwed up I’m switching to a different insurance provider because of it -- Bobbi in mi, 2025-01-05 ### *---- "Bad app" Shows too much breaking even was there was none -- kwd323, 2025-01-05 ### ***** "Truelane actually trains you" Unlike other driving monitoring apps TrueLane actually gives you enough information about your driving to help you improve your driving skills. -- Chuck.wilder, 2024-12-31 ### *---- "Poor app" This app does work consistently. Had to be reinstalled frequently if you want to use it. Bummer. -- Azvalley, 2024-12-31 [View all TrueLane by The Hartford reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## TrueLane by The Hartford Discovered Keywords - travelers intellidrive® 365 --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
