How It Works * One Source of Truth: TrueWatt takes the "real" wattage from your power meter and tells your trainer exactly how much resistance to apply. * Full Data Sync: Connect your smart trainer, your power meter, and your Bluetooth heart rate strap simultaneously for a complete picture of our performance. * No More "Fighting": Most apps let the trainer guess the power. TrueWatt uses a custom control loop (PowerMatch) to ensure the trainer follows your meter—not the other way around. * Perfect Workouts: Import .zwo (Zwift) or .erg files.
