Easy to navigate and has great features like getting your paycheck early and round up to savings and pre approved loans with one simple click.
App is easy to use and love remote deposit capture!
If I could rate this app any lower I would!! I absolutely love TruChoice. So much so that I’ve kept banking even though I moved out of state years ago. But now, and 100% due to the utter confusion and discombobulated layout of this horrible app, I’ll be switching banks as soon as my loan/card is paid off. Hopefully the app can be revamped and go back to simplicity and less steps to the door I’m trying to get in before that happens. Cause I’d really like to continue banking. But it’s really not worth the frustration, especially since everything I do has to be done through the app. Congratulations though; on making me work extra hard to pay off my debt! ✌🏼
Never had an issue with the old app. Now since the update, I can’t deposit a mobile check, it keeps telling me it can’t read the check and I do everything it asks. I find that it’s taking longer to see things clear from your checking. Rather than minutes it now takes a day or two. Not a fan of this update. It over complicates something that was perfectly fine to begin with.
This app worked fine the way it was and never should have been changed. The format is so terrible, confusing, and hard to use it makes me want to switch banks because I’m not sure if this frustration is worth it.
The app was basic but functional and fairly easy to use. But now after this update the app is a convoluted mess that takes me numerous click to get to the important stuff. I don’t know who ‘itsme247’ is but their services overall are a fairly large step backwards at least in the UI/UX department. The convenience of some of the added account features by using them is heavily outweighed by everything else. After we get our loan paid off we are switching to a different bank entirely.
The app opens fine but I haven't been able to successfully sign in. Keeps coming up with "authentication error. Code 15500". I am sure I am signing in with correct user name and password as they work on the PC desktop internet browsers. The problem is within the app.
I have tried to use this app before, but I cannot. All if not most of the buttons are unlabeled, and I cannot figure out what they are without pressing them. If you could in the next update add additional VoiceOver support, that would be very much appreciated. I'd like to be able to use this app. Thank you
