Love my hearing aids but I keep losing my connection : Mask control Living well control

I’m having a hard time connecting to the Bluetooth. Also, I thought the battery would last longer than one day.

I had these first time ,three years ago. It was new to me. I had no idea what I was doing. I also didn’t know that dogs love your wax for lunch. ick! This app has helped me a lot thank you /

My husband and I have only had our hearing aids for a week now . And so far they work perfectly with this app .i love the being able to use as a headset with my phone . And being able to contact our provider when needed . As we got our hearing aids from out of town . So this is what we needed . Thank you so so much for this app ❤️❤️

Way overpriced! Only manufacturer Humana offered. One stopped working after a year (Will charge but not picking up sound). I don’t recommend.

These aids are tweaked by an audiologist leaving the patient to deal with hearing issues, when they occur. There is a service charge every time you feel the aids aren’t working up to par n need to see the audiologist. Will not recommend if you want control of your aids.

I do not see where to independently adjust my volume for each hearing aide, R/L. I think the Signia app allows this?

Constant connection issues between the app and hearing aids

This app only works temporarily You have to adjust it all the time so it is useless.

So far the most problems I’m having is when I have to go from one iPhone to the next it does not hook up very easily. It would be nice if they have it to where it would seamlessly connect to each iPhone. Maybe there’s a secret on how to do it? I don’t know, but I hope they can fix it.
