## Truist One View Reviews in United States

### *---- "Business owner"
I just give a second chance after almost 2 years and STILL NOT RECOGNIZING MY ACCOUNT! Extremely frustrating
-- Taniuzka, 2024-09-24

### *---- "This app does not allow you to do anything"
Would you like to see your Corporate credit card transactions??? You can’t do that in this mobile app. Viewing anything other than basic info is difficult if not impossible. And that’s AFTER you log in! Their version of MFA is incredibly clunky and works only if you know the exact sequence of key strokes required to get from their login screen to the number generator and back to the app within the short window of time allowed by the random number generator.
I’d say that you should only use the online app, but it really isn’t much better. Truist needs to get REAL people to test the usability of their apps.
After a 50+ year relationship with this bank and it’s forebearers, they have about driven me and my business away.
-- Beth100000, 2024-08-27

### *---- "Issues"
Can’t type in token number with IPAD keyboard
App is a little ugly
-- EBF901, 2024-08-16

### **--- "CEO"
My one view account does not allow me access
-- painrt, 2024-03-15

### *---- "Basura"
Prefiero mil veces la anterior no me deja entrar a mi usuario porque dice q mi user ID está mal y ese por dios ahora tendré que ir al banco 😒
-- 😒🙄😑 malísima, 2023-12-10

### **--- "Limited actions"
Needs to allow same actions as One View online such as fraud protection - put checks online
-- Cblee7, 2023-06-26

### *---- "My account;"
I think there is no worse bank than this bank .. you are in a dump.. I have a new iPhone 13 and I can't pay or do any transaction online..
-- Ionel end Nutei, 2022-09-13

### *---- "Suntrust had a better App"
Slow to apply charges when paying bills and not showing the charge until past midnight, if you are under you have no opportunity to transfer money but they are super fast to charge for their fees….
-- Flyana, 2022-08-06

### *---- "App"
CANNOT DEPOSIT WITH THIS APP- tired of no one answering customer service- fix PLEASE!! I will be forced to change banks! Worse app ever!
-- Lil-John, 2022-07-19

### *---- "APPS DO NOT WORK ON IPAD OR IPHONE"
I have tried to deal with this TRUIST APP since day one, I PUT IT ON MY IPHONE, IT DOES NOT WORK RUNNING THE LATEST (iOS version)! I also. Put it on my iPad! The same, it does not work! These APPS are terrible! They work on my Desk Top PC, but not on my other devices!
When are you people going to get your act together? Find software programmers that know what they are doing! Obviously the present programers are clueless!
Put a FIX out to correct the issues I just stated! Test it!
