The app itself won’t even load anymore for me. I would try and open and it’ll show “TruMark” and then just close out back to my Home Screen. The main account page is hard to understand if you have multiple accounts. You can’t organize or sort. There are no advanced visualizations to see money allocations. The searching is horrible. What are they doing with this info? Is the third party app developer getting access to this info? Are they providing it to third party advertisers? I’ll be deleting the app until what they collect is more in line with what they need to know to administer banking and not everything else they collect. My data is my data not your product. Update: the developer contacted me via email with a blanket response stating in part “We collect information that can be used to enhance the products and services that we offer you” However, they are collecting things that have no bearing whatsoever on any of the services they are providing. Further, they provide a link in the emailed response to “contact the developer” but of course the link doesn’t work. Not a good look Trumark. My credit card is due tmr and the app is saying “unable to display your information at this time try again later” later when my credit card bill is late?
