TRUMPF Service App – Die App für Ihre Servicefälle

Mit der Service App bietet TRUMPF ab sofort eine praktische Alternative zur Hotline des Technischen Kundendienstes an. Egal, ob es um ein technisches Problem, ein Ersatzteil oder eine Frage zur Wartung geht: in fünf einfachen Schritten erstellen Sie einen Servicefall. Einfach die betroffene Maschine und den Meldungsgrund auswählen, eine Beschreibung sowie Fotos hinzufügen und einen Ansprechpartner nennen. Schon können Sie die Meldung rund um die Uhr an TRUMPF versenden. 

Im Anschluss können Sie den jeweils aktuellen Bearbeitungsstatus Ihres Falls in der App verfolgen. Für noch mehr Transparenz sorgt, dass alle Nutzer eines Unternehmens Zugriff auf die Informationen haben.

Voraussetzung für die Nutzung der App ist ein kostenloser Account für unser Kundenportal MyTRUMPF. Diesen können Sie nach dem Download kinderleicht in der App anlegen.
