Truro Eats

I used this app maybe once or twice and it worked great. The order was correct and came at the time they predicted. I went to use it a while ago, and once more today, and it said they don’t deliver to my address. They did before, but they don’t now. I live in Bible Hill.

i literally live in valley nova scotia not even a minute away from bible hill and it says it can’t be delivered to my house! what?! stupid app do NOT get it!!!!! 😡

This app is great I got my order on time and everything was correct from the restaurant. Drive was polite and the delivery was free this time because they have a special with Mac Donald’s. From what I see though can only order from 4-5 places I think so not sure why so limited?

If they mess up your order there is no way to let them know in-app. So you can’t really resolve it

Quick to order, easy payment and only 20 minutes food to the door. Very friendly and covid safe delivery driver.

Horrible greasy Truro

Had an issue with a refund and it was resolved quickly. They even gave a detailed reason as it why it was taking so long instead of a generic response. Very satisfied!

What kinda app is this, can’t even show you the the delivery cost. Terrible service, why doesn’t this town actually have a good delivery service like Uber Eats or SkipTheDishes. Disgraceful.

We don’t have Uber Eats or any other food delivery service that is as simple as placing an order online. It’s nice to have an app for these stores in particular and I will continue to use it!

y’all are just making things more difficult. join an already well established delivery service instead of creating your own
