– Automatic Payment –
Most car parks on Trust allow autopayment and you will be sent a notification when you enter the car park informing you the feature is available. An email receipt is sent after payment.
Automatic payment on exit is optional! You can also utilise the ‘pay now’ feature to pay for your parking then and there or up until midnight on the day of your parking sessions (not all car parks – check-in app for availability).
– Season Passes –
Some Trust car parks provide the ability to save money by buying a season pass for a period of time. This allows parking at any time the car park is open but does not guarantee a space (check-in app for availability)

Signs everywhere at Tamworth station to use this app. Downloaded it and signed up. It said my parking was active and all I needed to do was drive out for the session to be complete with automatic payments enabled.
I now have a parking fine saying I didn’t park. No response from customer services and no history of the booking on the app.
Avoid.
Terrible app
Trust parking has charged me for parking at southmead hospital but I have an exempt certificate due to having chemo treatment at Southmead but because (which I’ve been told today by yourselves) that it covers Southmead. It was not easy to download app there for 4 of us trying to do it and to be honest worse app downloading and setting up ever. Would not recommend

This app is absolutely useless it won’t let me pay for parking. The live session doesn’t come up when I’ve left the parking I didn’t get charged so now I’ll have a parking fine.
Impossible to pay
Will not allow me to pay. V frustrating. Have emailed, no response.

Logging vehicle - poor responsiveness
Parked at Northampton GH on two occasions now. 1st ended up paying twice as first not logged vehicle so paid manually, then whilst doing that some 2 hours after leaving the car park, the automated entry came up - paid that (only £1.10) also just to avoid any penalty given the confusion. Note: even though I’ve set up as autopay. Sent message to provider but no response received.
2nd visit this morning still waiting for it to be logged despite entering and leaving. Will keep checking the app now for the rest of the morning. If nothing by lunchtime will inevitably go in and pay manually again. Not the service expected. Car park used to be under Park by Phone - much better service despite having to pre-pay. At least you can do this from the app.
Ticketed when can’t pay for a session
Use the app when visiting my local hospital. All was well and would pay on the app for my visit. Then one day when trying to buy a pass it would say already paid and would give me a time to leave by. It then continued to say this everytime I visited. I have recently got a parking ticket due to not paying for a pass when visiting even though it wouldn’t let me and insisted I had until a certain time. The first time this happened I took a screen shot as didn’t seem right but when it said the same thing everytime I didn’t think to screenshot it again. They now want evidence of this. Rediculous when you trying to pay but it won’t let you or says you don’t need to!
No warning for expired auto payment
I was fined for not paying for parking at our local hospital despite the app showing the session and auto payment enabled.
After receiving the fine I checked the app and found no record of the session and my bank had no record of payment. Checking further I found that my payment card had expired but there was no warning or other obvious indication this was the case.
I appealed the fine but it was rejected, taking it up with the app developers felt likely futile.
I’d like to use the app again, I’d double check the session is tracked, but if the payment fails I’d have to return to the hospital to pay which would be highly inconvenient.
This app is a joke
This app is ridiculous. I have received 2 parking fines because the app failed to take the payment. When you go on the app after parking and enter all your details it shows that you have payed for the car park through their automated system. Yet , nothing left my bank account and now I have 2 fines. Well done trust app, now I won’t be parking in there ever again , because no doubt I will receive a fine again due to this not functioning app!
