– Automatic Payment –
Most car parks on Trust allow autopayment and you will be sent a notification when you enter the car park informing you the feature is available. An email receipt is sent after payment.
Automatic payment on exit is optional! You can also utilise the ‘pay now’ feature to pay for your parking then and there or up until midnight on the day of your parking sessions (not all car parks – check-in app for availability).
– Season Passes –
Some Trust car parks provide the ability to save money by buying a season pass for a period of time. This allows parking at any time the car park is open but does not guarantee a space (check-in app for availability)

Absolutely bloody awful. Attended Halton Hospital in June. Downloaded the app, paid for the parking, all good or so I thought. I’ve just received a fine for non payment!!! Who the hell checks their bank account every time they make a payment. Just a scam.
So messy
You ask too much too uncertain if anything has taken. Not enjoyable or reasonable. Bring back pay and go.
Worst app ever
Nearly missed my train. So difficult to set up. Terrible user experience. Doesn’t send reset emails when promised for passwords. A reason to avoid Northampton car park.
Disability discrimination?
Has this app been approved by NHS organisations as it seems to have no provisions or help for disabled parking and leaves a charge showing when blue badge procedures were followed?

Is not showing your parking history plus I got a penalty due to app did not record my entry!
First use has been a disaster
Parked and registered the app. On leaving location the number plate was not recognised, the help button connected me to someone who lifted the barrier and said pay online which I did. However the session is still showing as live and clocking up costs and other than sending an email I can’t contact anyone! Admin nightmare I could live without!
NHS (1984)
When I couldn’t find a place to park in NHS Northampton for 40mins, I finally found a place to park. I had very little charge on my phone and the pay machine was out of order.
This app requires you to implement personal details and and obviously this is associated with the car. Just another way to break through the privacy barrier and attain more information on the individual almost like from the book 1984.
Not only this but it took so long to get through to create this account, that a car was waiting for me to leave for ages, holding up a queue.
If I had no charge then I would of had to face a parking charge of £80.
Not a fan of these privacy robbing companies.
First time User
I used this App for the first time today. I was about to visit Bucklers Hard Village and noticed that they use Glade/Trust ANPR in their carpark. I downloaded it and set up for autopay and it all went very smoothly.
