Persecutes vulnerable people!! -- Hate techno, 2025-01-02 ### ****- "Easy to set up" This app is very easy to use and set up. It’s very convenient as it uses ANPR so you can just drive in to the car park and out again, the app does the rest. My only criticism is that the colour of the “auto on” button should be changed to green as it is very easy to think it’s on when it’s actually off. -- Grampy Brace, 2025-01-02 ### *---- "It’s a scam" The cameras do not register the car exiting the carpark so the app continues to have a live parking session. Thus incurring fees even though you’ve exited the carpark. It’s a scam do not put your bank details on the app because they will have a great time collecting your money. You can email them but they won’t reply. -- Cbianca88, 2024-12-30 ### *---- "Not an app to trust!" Has this app been approved by NHS organisations as it seems to have no provisions or help for disabled parking and leaves a charge showing when blue badge procedures have been correctly followed? The charge there should never have been is apparently removed, but not until the following day! Also, when at hospital as a paying parker, it leaves a live session running and clocking up a fee many hours after having paid at a payment machine and having left the car park. Right now it’s still clocking up hours and a bill more than 40 hours after I chose to pay at a machine (because of previous app unreliability) and leave after a one-hour park! Certainly glad I did not opt for the automatic payment method! If the app can detect car park entry live why is it unable deal with blue badge check or machine payment or the time of exit from a car park also in real time? For an app like this to work there needs to be joined-up live interaction between all the technologies involved and, of course, if there is no manual check on who is in the car park, those technologies need to properly work. A woefully inadequate system and certainly not an app to trust. -- VidWatch, 2024-12-14 ### *---- "Doesn’t show payment history" I’ve visited kingsmill hospital few time and paid but don’t show up in the app that I’ve made any payments at all needs sorting out and fixing all the bugs it has -- SPARKYMARC40, 2024-12-12 ### *---- "No auto fill" Just downloaded this app as local hospital using it. First impressions are not good. No auto fill !! You have to type all details in to create an account; name, address, email, card details etc. so much more chance of mistakes being made. This is really poor & needs fixing asap. -- Jkn58, 2024-12-09 ### *---- "Awful" Just terrible to use, will never use again -- Dissatisfied fed up customer, 2024-12-08 ### *---- "Apple Pay" Rubbish app. Can’t add payment keeps declining it. Not sure why they have not allowed Apple Pay. Would not recommend the app. Also the payment machines are cheap. -- HelNike, 2024-11-23 ### *---- "Parking fine due to faulty app" The app didn’t automatically pay the outstanding fee of £2 for parking as it states it does. This was because my account was flagged for suspicious activity. Which they had never told me so I didn’t know the automatic payments wouldn’t work. Ended up with a £100 fine. So there’s some miscommunication or lack of observation from the team at trust parking app. Be really careful. -- Camh018, 2024-11-19 ### *---- "Rubbish feel robbed" This app is rubbish it has cost me £10.60 for a two hour stay I wish I had never used it. I also got stuck in the car park in the dark and snow . I think it must have my vehicle down twice, I only got out the barrier by pressing the emergency call button -- Don’t bother liars, 2024-11-18 [View all Trust Parking reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Trust Parking Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | United Kingdom | Travel | #159 | ## Trust Parking Discovered Keywords - trust - easypark parking made easy - glide - payments made easy - book parking - glide app - car security - trust parking - the trust app ## Apps Similar to Trust Parking - [MiPermit](https://apptail.io/app/mipermit-pr/united-kingdom) - [JustPark Parking](https://apptail.io/app/justpark-parking-elc/united-kingdom) - [Zapmap: EV charging points map](https://apptail.io/app/zapmap-ev-charging-points-map-Gqg/united-kingdom) - [YourParkingSpace - Parking App](https://apptail.io/app/yourparkingspace-parking-app-Dgj/united-kingdom) - [Saba Parking UK](https://apptail.io/app/saba-parking-uk-dom/united-kingdom) - [bp pulse](https://apptail.io/app/bp-pulse-Kxv/united-kingdom) - [Parkonomy](https://apptail.io/app/parkonomy-AQH/united-kingdom) - [Horizon Spaces](https://apptail.io/app/horizon-spaces-VeO/united-kingdom) - [ParkingOps](https://apptail.io/app/parkingops-dwS/united-kingdom) - [Bounds Taxis - Northampton](https://apptail.io/app/bounds-taxis-northampton-mxNb/united-kingdom) ## Trust Parking Available In - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/trust-parking-DHve/united-kingdom) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/trust-parking-DHve/australia) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
