The app constantly crashes, locks up, signs itself out, goes unresponsive, lags and has issues rewinding and fast forwarding. Long story short it needs some major TLC and updating.

Interface is horrible. There’s no way to access the closed captioning button while watching live sports to turn it off. Also no airplay features.

No way to change closed captioning in the AppleTV ui, and any attempt to get to the “CC” icon on the screen leads to another 15 second pre-roll ad. Maybe after 10 pre-rolls in 5 minutes you could turn that off.

Don’t know what they did but when u try to connect to your tv provider it does not give u the login in screen only a white screen so cannot watch most shows. Make matters worse u can’t even logon online as they force u to download their useless app

Won’t let me go full screen. When I turn my phone sideways it stays the same size. I want to watch the new Tacoma season but I can’t watch it without full screen

Signed in to watch a show, closed captions are on and I cannot find where to turn them off. Tried customer support, but it’s all chatbot, which I personally detest with every fiber of my being. You submit your issue and receive a message that they don’t have live support and will get back to you in several days, if applicable. These two things alone are reason enough to go elsewhere for your streaming needs. Pure stupidity, there are so many better apps with better shows.

When you are prompted to go to trutv.com/activate you are treated with 503 service temporarily available. Then I read in updates they fixed Apple TV bugs but they still haven’t fixed fast forward, rewind, scan etc.. let’s have someone who uses an Apple TV that is NOT on your IT team do some troubleshooting and get this app up to the task requested by the customers.
