Set up a tryout, register players, evaluate skills with your coaching staff, and instantly rank your results — all from your iPhone. COACHES — CREATE & MANAGE TRYOUTS Set up tryouts in minutes with customizable evaluation criteria. Choose from six skill categories — Hitting, Fielding, Throwing, Pitching, Bunting, and Speed — each with detailed sub-skills. Select your preferred grading scale (1-10, 1-5, or qualitative) and configure age groups, birthday cutoffs, and public or private registration. REGISTER PLAYERS WITH EASE Share a registration link via text or email. Players and parents register for free — no account needed. Coaches can also add walk-in players on the spot. Set birthday cutoffs to automatically enforce age eligibility. Past tryouts are automatically closed to new registrations. EVALUATE WITH YOUR FULL COACHING STAFF Invite assistant coaches and evaluators by email. Each evaluator grades players independently, and Tryout Pro automatically averages scores across your entire staff for fair, unbiased results. Evaluate by player (grade one player across all skills) or by skill (grade all players on one category at a time). RANK & EXPORT RESULTS View instant player rankings sorted by overall average, individual categories, or specific sub-skills. Expand any player to see a full skill breakdown with color-coded score bars. Export a complete CSV report with rankings, contact information, and every evaluation score — ready to share with your coaching staff or organization. A separate player roster export is also available with just contact information. BUILT FOR YOUTH SPORTS - Age groups from 7U through 18U, plus Minors, Majors, Freshman, JV, and Varsity - Birthday cutoff enforcement for age-appropriate registration - Bib number assignment for tryout day organization - Parent/guardian contact info collected for all players under 15 - Search and filter public tryouts by name, city, state, or age group - Archive past tryouts or cancel upcoming ones — auto-archived after 14 days PRICING The app is free to download. Creating a tryout is a one-time in-app purchase of $4.99 per tryout. Player registration and evaluator access are always free. ## Tryout Pro Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/19/28/4e/19284e68-13fa-bff2-9264-5b3f0363b26a/1.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/bf/6f/ca/bf6fcaa9-f699-7762-e665-5009bed099a0/2.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 3](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/48/c1/57/48c157b4-2dc1-17ed-9fc4-cdda095232ca/3.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 4](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/3b/cd/16/3bcd166f-dafe-357e-b928-0c11f8bd70e1/4.png/1242x2688.png) ## Tryout Pro In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | Create Tryout | €5.99 | ## Apps Similar to Tryout Pro - [KAT - Sport Technique Training](https://apptail.io/app/kat-sport-technique-training-Wuuq/slovakia) - [True Tryouts](https://apptail.io/app/true-tryouts-uXQu/slovakia) - [Tryouts by RiseGame](https://apptail.io/app/tryouts-by-risegame-jKfv/slovakia) - [PPL Evaluator](https://apptail.io/app/ppl-evaluator-ofdx/slovakia) - [Western Alamance Warriors](https://apptail.io/app/western-alamance-warriors-PPzx/slovakia) - [Cheer Builder](https://apptail.io/app/cheer-builder-QJSy/slovakia) - [CheerSync](https://apptail.io/app/cheersync-rjnz/slovakia) - [MyLog - Baseball/Softball](https://apptail.io/app/mylog-baseballsoftball-iAVA/slovakia) ## Tryout Pro Available In - [Qatar](https://apptail.io/app/tryout-pro-jAVA/qatar) - [Slovakia](https://apptail.io/app/tryout-pro-jAVA/slovakia) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
