Problems
Had this for years and for the first time it’s wasn’t working it did not allowing me to enter my authentication code in it just gives me two options login or Face ID, tried clicking the login part it just wouldn’t load up, tired search on the internet to see if there was any communications that the app was down or doing any essential updates but none was found. Also tried login onto my online banking via a pc which i also couldn’t login into. In the end had to remove then app and re-register for online banking.

Simple to use and clear
All information is clearly laid out and easy to use. Great !
Great service
My husband and I changed to TSB about 6 months and have been pleased with the service. I have searched but cannot find anywhere to request notification when there is activity on the account both money coming in and going out. This is the only thing missing for me.
Easy access to accounts
Makes it so easy to check on bank account. I can do everything I need to do on the app without needing to step into a bank.
Awful
This bank has the most awful internet banking I have ever used. It is impossible to use. I just had to reload and reset everything yet again..-and it’s just frozen on me . In got to go through to be whole torture yet again. I am leaving because their internet banking is so bad

Having to verify every time you log in is horrendous, and time consumming, I am 94yrs old and have to get my daughter to do it

Every time the app is Down they say it’s a technical issue can’t access my money if it happens again I’m closing my account 👎🏻
