If a customer’s license is already stored and you type in their number, after you pick the loaner and try to open a contract, it has an error. Out of state license always causes issues.
I have gotten many error messages when first opening the app (which you can bypass by hitting “OK”) as well as when creating agreements for existing customers. This happens every time and has been tested many times.
It is freezing on our iPad after the new update 6 days we are suffering to help customers manual typing
iPad version seems to always break more when updated. I run into an error with the time and date and that helps nothing. I have to resort to opening it on the website and it just takes longer and needs the customer to participate way more than they should.
The app is getting slower and hardly works now.
Need to record name of person setting up appt. or latest update to record on file. Ability to save an incomplete record without starting over. Require insurance expiration date and deny ability to compete appt without an updated insurance update. In the case of an expired drivers license deny ability to complete rental Include ability to add another driver in existing appt. Not sure if it exist….but need ability to have text sent to all customers on agreement. Ability to add a rental vehicle not on file.
Can’t close contracts when they have multiple damage reports due to not being able to scroll down the screen completely. Every “update” doesn’t address this issue. Please fix because we like having a history report of vehicle damage instead of having to delete the older ones just to “close” the contract.
So many weird bugs. For example: once in a while you choose a unit to add to the contract it will pop up some random unit number (missing some digits) is on a hard hold. You click ok, and then you can complete the ticket. Also, if you do have a unit on hard hold, go to another device to remove it, the app will never let you complete your ticket with that unit number. You have to start the contract all over. Also, if you have a unit on hard hold, the app will never tell you that it’s on a hold. Ever. Do you return the car on the app, it goes to be prepped for next rental, and you only know about the hard hold when you go to put the car on a contract. This should be an easy fix!
this app never works it's just awful fix it to work on a ipad correctly
