My app has signed me out, every time I send a code to my email the 59s disappears and have to start all over again. Even when I get the code within the 59s the page disappears and takes me back to the log in page. Had issues with the app last few weeks, doesn’t load or if it does it disconnects with an error message saying insufficient storage/memory. Can’t find anywhere to speak to anyone. Probably the worst CCTV system. Suppose you buy cheap you buy twice

Not a great app - constant network errors so unable to view my cameras. When the app is working half the settings aren’t available for eg the speed of the playback. The tech support is non existent as well so if you have an issue… tough.

When you get logged out, and your old password doesn’t work and you have to use the forgot password button, you need 2 devises.  The one to enter the code and the other to read your email to get the code from. You see if you leave the screen where you need to input the code to go and look at your emails, when you return to the code screen, it. Takes you back to the original screen, and it goes round and round and round.

So… if you are out and only have your phone, you simply can’t log back in again.

Fix this please (and only having 60sec to complete this task is a little short too).
